Northwest Wisconsin Workforce Investment Board’s CLICK & Learn program. Jay Seppanen will be at Legion Memorial Library from 10am to 1 pm starting May 5th. He is here to help answer your questions about your laptop, tablet, or phone and has laptops available to loan. Just like checking out a book. Long-term loans are available for those who may need a laptop for classwork.
