Mellen Public School 4K Screening

The Mellen School will be hosting a Child Development Day on Friday, March 8th from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the early childhood room, #115. Children who are three or four years old at present or will be four by 9-1-2025 are welcome to attend. According to the school census report, children who will be eligible will receive an invitation. The program consists of a combined three-year-old special needs program and a four-year-old pre-kindergarten program.

If you feel your three-year-old child is delayed in any of the recommended ability levels please call for a screening appointment. If your family doctor has mentioned a speech/language delay, or if your child partakes in B-3 services, or if family members or friends have mentioned having a difficult time understanding your child you may want to consider screening.
