The Mellen Rod & Gun Club’s annual kids fishing contest will be held on Saturday, July 18th at Lake Galilee (at the first residence past the boat landing–watch for signs) from noon until 3:00 p.m. Each participant receives a prize and additional prizes given for each group for each fish species. Please bring your own poles and bait.
Donations are being accepted to offset the costs of hosting this event. Anyone wishing to donate, please contact Mitch Mesko, Tom Campy, Stan Hopfensperger, or Beck Mesko, or mail it to the Mellen Rod & Gun Club, PO Box 484, Mellen, WI 54546.
